Overland Navigator provides high resolution topographic maps to help you explore further New Zealand.
What are topographic maps?
Topographic maps provide a detailed look at the terrain, paper roads, rivers and general geographic features. They can be a powerful tool to discover some hidden gems.
As with any map, your eyes are the best tool when it comes to verifying what a map shows - never travel anywhere that's unsafe. Not all 'road/track lines' on the map are public, be sure to respect private land.
Using them
Open Overland Navigator, hit the layers button
Choose the Topographic map layer by tapping on the button
You can then close the layers view - you should now see topographic maps.
