How to cancel your Navigator Pro Subscription

Cancelling your subscription is super easy, you just need to be sure you do it from the correct place based on where you created your subscription.

Plan cancellations are processed at the end of your billing period and are not pro-rated if you cancel early. (Example: Your monthly plan ticks over on the 10th, you cancel on the 20th. You will still have access to Pro until the 10th of the following month - your plan will be cancelled then)

Please check you receive a confirmation email regarding any cancellations before assuming they’re complete.`

Website / Stripe


If you created your subscription on the website (using Stripe), jump back onto it - https://overlandnavigator.co.nz, make sure you’re signed in.

  1. Click the settings tab in the menu


  2. Click/tap ‘Manage/Cancel’ to change the status of your subscription.


  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe where you can update your credit card or change your subscription status.

Apple Billing (iPhone and iPad)

If your subscription is managed by Apple you will need to cancel your subscription in the app or in the Settings app on your device.

  1. Open the app and tap the 'Settings' tab, then hit the 'Change/Manage' button

  2. Choose 'Navigator Pro' in your active subscriptions list.

  3. Tap cancel subscription

Google Store / Android

If you created your subscription on an Android device, open the app, tap the settings hamburger in the top right corner and choose Billing. Tap manage next to the ‘Pro’ plan.

You will then be redirected to the Google flow to cancel your plan.

If that for some reason doesn't work, Google has some good documentation on how to manage your subscriptions on their help site.
