All first time subscribers get a free fully featured 7 day trial before you are charged. This allows you to explore the app and try out the advanced feature of Navigator.
If you have any issues with the app this is the best time to reach out so we can get them sorted.
What happens
If you haven't had a trial before
Day 1
Your trial starts. If you choose to upgrade via the website you will need to complete the billing form - all credit card information is handled by our payment provider, no details get sent to us. If you do it in the app, Apple or Google use the payment profiles they have on you to start the trial.
Day 2 - 7
You can use the full version of the app without restriction.
End of day 7
Unless you cancel your trial beforehand, you will be automatically charged for the billing period you selected.
If you've had a trial in the past
Day 1
You'll be charged immediately on a subscription reactivation based on the new billing period you have selected.
Once your trial is complete
Unless you cancel your subscription it will roll over automatically each billing period and you will be charged at the start of each period.
If you cancel your trial, you will lose access to Navigator Pro and won't be billed.
