Managing your trip

Tap a trip from your list to open it. Inside you get two views via tabs at the bottom: List and Map.

List view

The trip name sits in a coloured header at the top. Below it, your steps appear in order - each one is a card with a photo, name, region, and distance/time chips where we have them.

Between steps you’ll see a joiner line with a summary of the leg (distance and estimated time) when that data is available.

Viewing a step

Tap a step’s card (or the menu → Details) to open its full details - track, campsite, or point of interest - without leaving the trip.

Reordering steps

Tap Reorder in the top bar to enter reorder mode. Drag the handle (three lines on the right of each card) to move steps around. When you’re happy:

  • Save order - locks in the new sequence.
  • Cancel - throws away the change and puts everything back.

Reorder is only available if you’re the owner or an editor on the trip.

Removing a step

Open the menu on any step and tap Remove. You’ll get a confirmation before anything is deleted - it can’t be undone.

Trip menu (…)

The button next to the trip name gives you:

  • Delete - removes the whole trip (owners only). Needs confirmation.
  • Leave trip - removes you from a trip someone else owns.

Map view

Switch to the Map tab to see all your steps plotted together - tracks drawn on the terrain, campsite and POI pins, ferry crossings. Tap any item on the map to open its details, same as in the list.

Mates

Tap Mates (top bar) to see who’s on the trip and invite others. Full details here.
