Managing your subscription
When using an iPhone or iPad, the App Store handles the entire billing process, ensuring a seamless and secure experience. This help page will guide you through setting up your in-app subscription for Overland Navigator on iOS and provide answers to frequently asked questions, along with helpful links for common issues.
Bought your subscription on the website or through Google Play instead? Head to Managing your subscription under Settings for the right steps.
When you sign up for an in-app subscription in Overland Navigator, Apple takes care of the billing process, including managing your credit card details, payments, and cancellations. All in-app purchases, including subscriptions, are managed through your Apple Account, ensuring your payment information remains safe.
Because Apple handles the billing, we can’t see your card details, change your plan, or issue refunds on Apple’s behalf - those all need to be done through Apple.
Simply tap any of the upgrade buttons, pick a plan and off you go. The App Store will handle the rest, including securely processing your payment and managing your subscription details.
Your subscription is tied to your Overland Navigator account, so once you’ve subscribed it works on your other devices too - including Android and the website.
To manage your in-app subscription, including changing or cancelling plans, follow these steps
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Overland Navigator.
- Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from inside the app - tap Settings, then Manage Subscription, and choose App Store.
If you cancel, you keep Navigator All Access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you’re on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

If your payment is declined, you may need to update your payment information or resolve other issues with your Apple Account. Apple will usually keep trying to bill you for a short period, but if it can’t, your subscription will lapse and you’ll drop back to Navigator Starter until it’s sorted. Yes. Your subscription is linked to your Overland Navigator account, not the device, so just sign in with the same email and password. The subscription itself still has to be managed through the App Store though.
